"Hello Reiki Guy!! I just wanted to say thank you so much for helping me!! I wish you knew what you gave back to me. And most of all, thank you so much for being the first person in a Very long time to actually Give something to me, rather than taking something away from me. For the past couple years (& even more so in the last few months), I have felt like a tornado has ripped through my mind and my heart.

I have always been a very strong, independent person, with strong ideals and opinions, and very confident in who I am. Most of all, I love to Give. Giving is who I am, it is what I am, and it is what makes me happy. I have always had a lot of turmoil and grief in my life, but I have always been able to take the best from my experiences & press on with my life, continuing to be a very happy & hopeful person.

As of lately, so much has happened to test my strength and will, all at the same time. Everything of value & importance has been taken away from me by other people. The last straw was at the very end of 2007, and it made me (officially) skeptical of people, and afraid to give any more. I have been so confused the last few months, and could not entirely piece everything together, no matter how hard I tried, but in just the first few minutes of the initial demo that you gave me, you told me exactly what my problem is, simply and eloquently: I am afraid to give. This is what I have become, which more importantly means that I have become afraid to be me. The thing that I love to do most is also what brings me so much pain. Now I understand why I have suddenly become so utterly lost in this world. You live your entire life knowing who and what you are, what you want, and what you love, and suddenly you become LOST. No direction, no one to help, no one to trust. It's a scary thing. So I had decided to stop giving anything of myself to anyone- no more time, energy, and especially not my love.

Thank you for giving me back my hope, and reminding me that there actually are good people in this world.

In the last few days, I have finally found peace in my life once again, so much that I almost feel like I've had my innocence returned to me, & it's an AMAZING feeling!! I guess I didn't know that I have actually been depressed all this time (it just sounds like such a strong word to use), but compared to the way that I feel now, after my session with you, I realize that I truly was depressed. I've been Way more productive lately, and even more appreciative of life. And believe me when I say, it's So much easier to try to fix things/yourself when you know what it is that actually needs to be fixed!! So thank you for solving my puzzle & for supplying me with answers, as well as support.

I know that you said that you are merely a medium through which the universe communicates (or something like that!), but you are still an absolutely integral part of the process!! So, again, Thank You. Losing hope is the worst feeling in the world...so, Thanks for giving me my hope back!!

"I recently received my Level 2 Reiki from David Caren (The Reiki Guy). I must say this has helped me in so many ways! I still have plenty of homework and "learnin'" to do but I feel like a brand new person.

All of my life I have been doing energy work, the last few years as a proffessional "Medium", Healer, Spiritual Guidence, and more. The one thing that I really was unaware of was just how BIG my EGO was. This is tough to write about because I worked in radio with people that I could see just how HUGE their egos were, and I always tried to keep mine low key. This is very hard when people are asking you for autographs, telling you how wonderful you are, pretty, funny, and the list goes on. So try as I may have to keep that ego somewhere deep, I THOUGHT was a facade.

After my Reiki level one "attunements" I started feeling a peaceful change, my energy level increase and the want to let what we call the "KI" flow. This experience was most enlightening. I learned so much about me and my EGO. Yes hard to swallow, but it was there bigger than Dallas!

When you do the type of work that I do, people will tell you things like, "you are the best, how do you do it, thank you for helping me, your gifted and blessed with healing" the list goes on. I have always given the credit to my HIGHER POWER for I do not know the "HOW" I can do this. I do know that my EGO was wanting to take alot of the credit.

After last Tuesday when I received my Reiki Level 2 it REALLY was one of the most powerful feelings I have ever in my life to date can remember. As I continue to learn Reiki and the gift of "knowing" I can now identify my EGO! When I am working, whether it be a reading or a healing or just walking down the street, I KNOW when my EGO is taking over and I dismiss it from my life. I let it go to the universe and I know I am only a conduit, channel, from the Higher Power, that allows me to help others in need by giving unconditional pure love to all of my clients. Also this is key in my home life, dealing with my son oversea's and so much more!

Let me attempt to explain what "EGO" is; Ego is self, our personal attachment to the outcome of what we are doing. In order to be a clear channel and do the most good it is necessary to remove self/ego from the outcome. It is that simple, but NOT!

Today was much worse for the depression aspect. A good friend of mine recently lost her brother to cancer, and I've been helping her to deal with her grief. When I started helping her, I didn't realize that it would trigger all the grief that I felt when I lost my grandmother a few years ago.

After the session, I felt lighter, like a weight had been taken off of me. The session itself was amazing. I'm much better at helping others deal with loss than dealing with it myself. David helped me deal with the loss.

"...I had lost most of my short term memory due to poison, and most of my muscle tissue was damaged. Due to the poison being in my body I had many places in my body that were blocked. My blood flow was not where it should be, and my energy wasn't making it to my head, was being stopped at my shoulders.
